Epioneer 6G+ is a high-end, high-quality, highly integrated and intelligent PET preform production system created by Huayan. It is equipped with a direct-clamping unit, an electric servo plasticizing system, and advanced and precise E-Unity series hot runner and efficient synchronous cooling E-cooling series cold half molds. With the empowerment of the fully intelligent integrated working unit, the production efficiency has been greatly improved. It can be connected to 80,000bph to 100,000bph drinking water filling line for production, with the advantages of energy saving and high input-output ratio.
Features of Epioneer 6G+:
(1)More efficient and energy-saving system. Compared with the previous generation of machines, dry cycle speed is increased by 25%, and the main injection machine energy saving is about 15%.
(2)During system running, the machine is equipped with a multi-dimensional real-time detection function for the position of the mold to ensure the position of mold is accurately controllable and the product quality is optimal.
(3)Adapting to the mainstream demand for environmentally friendly recycling of PET plastics, the system has a 100% production RPET technology matching solution.
(4)Adaptive system pressure regulation technology. It has a larger process application window when injecting thin-walled preforms and conventional preforms.
(5)The mold is equipped with an standard E-cooling cooling unit, which allows better cooling of the stack parts ,higher part strength and longer mold service life.
(6)The mold is equipped with standard E-Unity hot runner design, which provides good plastic filling balance, small temperature fluctuations, fast valve needle action response, and minimal dust generation.
(7)The new HMI control interface, based on optimized functions and more scientific operations, deeply extends the application development of production management functions.
(8)The standard closed-loop chilled water system allows injection molding production to be completed with a smaller amount of refrigerant, water pressure difference, and higher water temperature through the improvement of the mold cooling structure, thereby further saving energy consumption.
